• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Methods: We offer economy, standard and expedited shipping options. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of checkout.
• Shipping Rates: We charge flat rates for your order.
• Economy Shipping (5-8 days): $5.99
• Standard Shipping (3-5 days): $9.99
• 2 Day UPS Shipping: $19.99
• Order $49+ gets free economy shipping
• Delivery Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions. We will do our best to inform you if we anticipate any delays in the shipment of your order.
• Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
